Bright Harvest

Bright Harvest is an existing sweet potato food processer that needed the addition of a sweet potato french fry line. They are located in Clarksville, Arkansas. Bright Harvest presented us with a previously engineered line flow design. We redeveloped their line flow, optimized space, and increased efficiency. The deadline was only four months away at the time we got involved with the project. To meet the deadline our company took over entire installation supervision including other contractors on site and completed the project on time. Our company provided the following services:
